Captain America is a fictional superhero showing in American comic catalogs printed by Marvel Comics. Created by cartoonists Joe Simon and Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in Captain America Comics #1 (cover dated March 1941) from Timely Comics, a predecessor of Marvel Comics. Since Marvel Comics revived the character in 1964, Captain America has continued to be in publication. .

Captain America would wear a halloween costume that bears an American flag motif, and is armed with a practically indestructible shield that hethrows at foes. The type is depicted as the alter ego of Steve Rogers usually, a frail young man improved to the peak of human perfection by an experimental serum to aid america government's efforts in World War II. Near the final end of the warfare, he was caught in ice and survived in suspended computer animation until he was revived in today's day. Although Captain America often battles to maintain his ideals as a man out of his time using its modern realities, he remains a highly respected shape in his community which includes becoming the long-time leader of the Avengers. .

WEAPON :Captain America has used multiple shields throughout his record, the most widespread which is a nigh-indestructible disc-shaped shield made from an experimental alloy of material and the imaginary vibranium. The shield was cast by American metallurgist Dr. Myron MacLain, who was contracted by the U.S. federal, from requests of Chief executive Franklin D. Roosevelt, to set-up an impenetrable material to work with for tanks during World Conflict II. This alloy was created by accident rather than duplicated, although attempts to reverse-engineer it resulted in the discovery of adamantium. .

Captain America uses his shield as an offensive throwing tool often. The first instance of Captain America's trademark ricocheting shield-toss occurs in Stan Lee's first comics writing, the two-page text story "Captain America Foils the Traitor's Revenge" in Captain America Comics #3 (May 1941). The legacy of the shield among other comics heroes includes the time-traveling mutant superheroCable sharing with Captain America that his shield still exists in another of the possible futures; Cable tv carries it into struggle and brandishes it as a symbol. .

When without his hallmark shield, Captain America sometimes uses other shields created from less durable metals such as material, or a photonic energy shield designed to mimic a vibranium matrix even. Rogers, having relinquished his regular shield to Barnes, carried a variant of the power shield which may be used in combination with either arm, and used to either block attacks or as an improvised offensive weapon able to cut through metal with relative ease. Much like his Vibranium shield, the power shield can be thrown, including ricocheting off multiple surfaces and time for his hand. .

Captain America's even is made of a fire-retardant materials, and he would wear a light and portable, bulletproof duralumin size armor beneath his standard for added security. Originally, Rogers' mask was a separate piece of materials, but an early engagement had it dislodged, almost revealing his id thus. To prevent a recurrence of the situation, Rogers modified the mask with connecting material to his uniform, an extra benefit of that was extending his armor to pay his previously exposed neck. As an associate of the Avengers, Rogers comes with an Avengers priority cards, which serves as a marketing communications device. .
